Subject: Town xmas light switch on Fri Nov 14, 2008 1:16 am
Just found out today that the lights go on in town next Thurs 20th, I wont be going to see switch on but will prob do a late night shop one thur and have a look at lights. Anyone else going??

We went last year, and the atmosphere was great. Not sure about this year though... busy on Thursdays

DD and big son went with their boyfriend and girlfriend, they where quite happy with the lights but the fireworks they had where pathetic, I know its the credit crunch but blimey, there was only about 6 or 7 apparently!! That guy who won x factor last year Leon something or other pressed the "on" switch! Anyway did anyone else go??
