What are the rules about the swap on here?

I live in Ireland, so I'm unable to send a SAE, but I would like to join in (if I'm allowed )

International Reply Coupons

The purpose of the IRC (International Reply Coupon) is to be able to send someone in another country a letter, along with the cost of postage for them to reply. If the addressee is within the same country, one simply sends them a self-addressed stamped envelope ("SAE"); but if you are sending a letter to another country, it can be difficult to acquire stamps for that country to send along with your letter. So you can purchase an IRC instead from your local post office, and send it to them; they can then take it to a post office in their own country, and use it to reply to your letter.

Sending an International Reply Coupon with your mailing means the recipient can reply to you for free or by paying only part of the postage cost. Whoever you send the coupon to can exchange it for international postage at a post office in their own country. They can be used to buy postage for anywhere in the world, not just to reply to the country they have been sent from.

How much longer to wait?

well it's next week, but not saying when
got my first car today though, just staying positive.
it's nothing fancy, just a fiesta, had my first trip out in it this aft, which was also pete's first time driving with me.
the car is very basic but dont wanna get anything posher till i've got more experience n past the 2 year thing for new drivers.
it'll get me from A-B so i'm happy wi it for now.

pete doesn't like the car, no lectric winders o doors! when i said it was basic, i meant it,

don't think we'll have this car long, just until he's back at work n cash flowing again.
