Food Glorious Food!

I know this is usually the time of year that everyone resolves to exercise more and eat less, but when I have some time of work like I've just had, I love to cook. Yesterday I made a beef madras and chicken in a cashew nut sauce and they were both delicious - they were from recipe books, I'm not capable of making it up as I go along! I also made some tomato and chilli chutney to have with our poppadoms - it was very hot & spicy bom

. Anyway I wondered whether anyone would be interested in having thread for recipes ideas? Smile

ooh yeah! i have a few things i do that everyone seems to like, good old fashioned stuff like and all in one cake, corned beef hash (3 dif sorts) and others i cant remember off hand.

ask FT and see what they think.

Great idea but I dont really use recipes as such, I tend to "make meals up" as I go along.
I do make a terrific minced beef pie though!!
