have a look at the 'serenity prayer' my nanna taught me it years ago and as i got older i grew to understand the meaning of it and have lived my life with it always in mind, it has saved me from lots of stress at times, just by me remembering it and changing what i was about to do, lol.

hope you find a solution that serves you well.

Well the decorations are down and we're all back to normal. Went to the beach yesterday morning with DH and the dog. A bit chilly but it blew the cobwebs away. Took some piccies for my journal and wrote my diary (it won't last!) Can anyone recommend some good wellies that will last? My most recent pair I bought in November and I discovered whilst at the beach that they have started to let water in affraid already. I wear them twice a day for dog walking so I need a pair that can sustain that kind of use - any ideas?

Thanks I'll go and have a look, I don't mind paying a bit more if they last longer than the onces I have been buying. flower

i've kept a diary for years (early school days) and found it invaluable for later reference! lol.

and for appointments for the kids (when they where small), now i keep it for birthday reminders n to jot down any shift changes i agree to do.

and for our (OH n me) doc/hosp app now, lol.
