Anyone have a preference? The new Bigshot is pink and black, so rather gorgeous I love you but the Cuttlebug is nifty and easy to store... drunken

I had to go for big shot...even though I want the new big shot....I'm so happy with the one I've already go and it will last me forever...or until I feel I can justify buying the black and pink one lol.

It's so much more stable that then cuttlebug andI can't wai to play with the movers and shapers when they come out...and I must try the texture plates!!

i dont have a die cutter, i dont feel i'm missing out though, cant really see how i'd benefit, but does this poll mean that you discount the cricut altogether,
i haven't really looked into the advantages of any die cutter.
if anyone has experience of more than one of any of them i would be interested in their opinions, maybe i could make up my mind if it's worth my while or not.

I'm a big shot gal to! I've got the new pink and black one ... it's beautiful ... I also have the Revolution as I love the Quickutz dies, but when I saw the Cuttlebug embossing folders, I new I had to branch out in a different area ... I think the Big Shot is more stable and versatile! Very Happy

Initially I would say space! If you have the room to leave the BS out (it's not that much bigger), then I would definitely favour it over the CB. The BS is made by Sizzix, the original die people, and is sturdier. Up till now they both took all dies, but Sizzix have just realease some new dies that are too big for the CB, which definitely gives the BS the edge

but... if space is an issue, the CB can be folded smaller for storage!

I have only ever had experience of using one die cutter machine, so it's difficult to choose which is best

I have a Cuttlebug, I love to craft with my daughter (11) and find the Cuttlebug is so simple for her to use
, it's compact and easy to store away too

We use it to die cut and emboss with and also use ellison dies in it no problem

It seems robust and well made, well I have yet to break it Very Happy

Have a cuttle bug not used any other types.
only disadvantage is small foot print compared to other makes, but does for most cards.

i have had my bigshot now for 9 months (i think) and i love it!!
i chose that over the bug cos it just looked so much sturdier.
