| hugs n get well wishes dee, hope you soon feel better.  been all day with police, some scrote danced all over our car early hours of this morning, 2am police came, 4.30 when they left n they where back by11am to take pics n prints, scene o crime think ins will write it off-only had it since dec! i'm gutted, was going to have me first go at driving it today, i'm still taking lessons but my instructor says i'm more than capable of driving ours (it's bigger), looks like i'm not meant to.  daniel is 21 today  chell x | |

| well they got him, his parents have offered to pay, which is great if they do.
ins have said they wont (3rd party ins).
just have to see if they charge him first.

| still waiting to hear from police,
ins have said they wont be paying-3rd party only alas.
so hopefully they will charge him and a judge will decide it's not our fault n play fair.
