I heard that too, they have got a severe weather warning out in Scotland for snow apparently!! Its way too early to have it this cold me thinks, I havent been far today, I been sat in front of fire doing some knitting and chilling out, (should be doing ironing though, got a massive pile) just having peep on here then off to do a hot tea - liver, sausage, veg, mash and gravy!!

I live in whitby and a village near by - Goathland - had snow on Tuesday !!!!

Yes, Goathland is the setting for Heartbeat. They have been filming here so long now no one takes any notice of them (my hubby was an extra once when they filmed at the cattle market where he works - he was very impressed !! )

When we were in Whitby in the summer we went in a little tea room that had loads of Heartbeat photos etc in it
