Whats everyone been up to this last week? I've not got a great deal of crafting done but I did do a double scrapbook page on sat night (it needs a bit of journalling and finishing touches but i'm quite pleased with it) and a couple of cards. Has anyone tried anything new or been anywhere good. Have you started your new jobs yet SG and DC?

i've been doing a couple of challenge cards, done one as a concertina card in a box made for it n the other is using a stamped image somone sent me with a load of yellow feathers i'm fed up of seeing!! lol.

Excellent MM, I've never used feathers on anything before - are they hard to fix on?

just been told i got iffy thyroid so doc's put me on meds for life, was bit of a shock but at least now i know why i've felt bad for so long n got the meds for 8 weeks then more bloods to check dose right.

CC not hard to fix on, i use glue gel, or sometimes glue dots or for small ones tape roller!

i use feathers quite a bit, they give things a fluffy but classy look, lol!

Good it's been spotted MM, hopefully it'll get sorted now. Tends to run in families (female lines)!

sorry i dint get in today, took tilly out n went for summat for tea, that left me totally shattered, so was confined to barracks where i promptly fell asleep n woke up in time to cook tea.

Wow MM, love the card, me not used feathers before, must give it a go!! I have dodgy thyroid too, I had mine "nuked" 8yrs ago so now take meds for life. It really makes you feel crappy when thyroid on the blink, hope you feel better soon.

why thanx ladies,
doc reckons i wont need ot have mine nuked, but i have put weight on n it's really uncomfy, it's restricing my movement quite a bit. i'm hoping meds will sort it out.
