Some of his books I can't put down. others I just haven't been able to get into!

Just making myself very uncomfortable reading Cell..

I've read a lot of his and you are right some are excellent and other are just slow. The early ones are the best. I read The Rats etc when I was in my early teens and thought I was really grown up because they had rude bits in!

I remember that being amongst the first I read too Have you read Dean Koontz too?

I've read a couple of his but nothing for a while so I can't really remember what they were like. What about James Herbert I think I've read all his - he's like an English Stephen King.

Forgot to say about last King book - Cell - scary, unnerving, but disappointed with ending. Don't answer your mobile phone though....

Not read that one, i'll have to keep a look out for it. I've not actually read any of his for a while.

I'd heard a rumour a while ago about him not writing any more books... glad to see it wasn't right!
