Some of his books I can't put down. others I just haven't been able to get into!

cat I've read a lot of his and you are right some are excellent and other are just slow. The early ones are the best. I read The Rats etc when I was in my early teens and thought I was really grown up because they had rude bits in! lol!

cat I've read a couple of his but nothing for a while so I can't really remember what they were like. What about James Herbert I think I've read all his - he's like an English Stephen King.
